This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Information Management Specialist in India.
This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize structured product data across digital platforms, enabling an enhanced online customer experience. You will work closely with product, marketing, and digital teams to onboard, maintain, and syndicate product information efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, technical know-how, and strong collaboration skills to ensure high-quality, accurate data across multiple systems. You will contribute directly to product visibility, customer engagement, and brand growth, while operating in a dynamic, global, and remote-first environment. The role combines technical administration, data governance, and digital marketing support, making it ideal for someone passionate about data-driven digital commerce.
Accountabilities

• Onboard product content into the Product Information Management (PIM) system by coordinating with product management and marketing teams.
• Support collection and migration of product data, technical specifications, marketing content, and digital assets into PIM, DAM, and CMS platforms.
• Maintain catalog syndication processes to external partners, eMarketplaces, and internal web shops.
• Perform routine PIM system administration tasks, including user access support, attribute maintenance, and workflow execution.
• Track and report on performance metrics related to data quality and content syndication, escalating issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent product information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, IT, data analytics, or similar field.
• Experience with product information management (PIM) systems, with strong preference for InRiver PIM.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data models, data structures, and relational database concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to company offices in Mumbai or Pune, India, if required.
