In this role, you will:


lead for our entire product content ecosystem, translating high-level business objectives into robust, secure, and scalable technical architecture. As our subject matter expert, you will not only design the vision for our PIM, and retailer syndication platforms but also guide the teams that build and integrate them.

Set the content strategy: Architect the strategic vision for our PIM, and syndication platforms (e.g., Stibo, Salsify, Syndigo). You will take business goals and transform them into technical designs that meet our long-term needs. Establish data governance: Design and champion our product data model, defining the taxonomy and attributes that ensure our data is accurate and consistent. You will create clear data lineage, providing a single source of truth for the entire business. Lead integrations: Drive the integration of our PIM system with other enterprise platforms, such as e-commerce and ERP. You will design and implement the critical inbound and outbound data flows that enable seamless operations. Optimize workflows: Partner with business users and technical teams to analyze and refine the processes for product data creation and enrichment, improving efficiency and alignment. Act as a technical leader: Be the go-to expert on PIM and content architecture. You'll communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, from developers to executives, and provide mentorship to guide our teams. Ensure quality and performance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality and performance. You will be responsible for enforcing validation rules, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing our content syndication process.

In one of our technical roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


Key Qualifications and Experiences:

Educational background and experience: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related business discipline. 8+ years of proven experience in Product Information Management (PIM), and content management domains. Content strategy and architecture: Demonstrated experience providing the strategic vision and architectural design for PIM and related content systems. This includes translating business goals and requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions. Platform evaluation expertise: Proven track record in evaluating and selecting PIM and syndication platforms (e.g., Stibo, Salsify, Syndigo) and other necessary technologies based on business needs and long-term strategy. Data modeling and governance: Extensive experience defining data models, including product taxonomy, metadata, and attributes. Strong background in developing and enforcing data governance frameworks to ensure quality, integrity, and consistency across systems. API and integration proficiency: Deep understanding of APIs (RESTful APIs, GraphQL) and hands-on experience designing and implementing robust inbound and outbound data flows for integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., e-commerce, ERP, Martech). Workflow optimization: Proven experience designing and optimizing content workflows, specifically focusing on content creation, enrichment, and publication processes within DAM, PIM, and Martech systems. Cloud technologies: Familiarity with major cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or similar) and modern content delivery solutions. Leadership and influence: Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively across diverse global teams. Proven ability to influence and inspire stakeholders, driving the adoption of new technologies and processes. Tooling experience: Hands-on experience with leading PIM platforms/ syndication solutions (e.g., Stibo, Salsify, Syndigo). Ecosystem knowledge: Strong understanding of the broader marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., CRMs, CMS, analytics tools, personalization engines) and how PIM and DAM fit within this landscape.
