JR42517 Product Information Management (PIM) Database Administrator and Analyst

Product Information Management Database administrator who will work within a service layer team, maintaining the health of the PIM platform that drives our global information and sales website. The Product Information Management system is a group of Data Sources used for transactions in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Product Data E-Commerce and Marketing applications.

This role will be responsible for PIM configuration and customization, working with cross-cultural development teams, architects, and customers to structure, arrange, and administer the data. The ability to solve problems will be essential to success when extracting the data in a required format, including initial storage and data warehousing. Good communication skills are necessary, and a willingness to work with others and learn as a team rounds out the qualified prospective data solutions.

Most importantly, the role requires strong Database administration skills on various relational and dimensional databases and sources. Strong SQL/PLSQL skills are a must. Business Intelligence with ETL skills is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, and deliver changes, updates and enhancements supporting the PIM application as assigned and aligned with business objectives by utilizing strong DBA, SQL, and PL/SQL skills.

Manage PIM user roles and security settings.

Design and implement meaningful dashboards providing key information to stakeholders.

Design, Arrange and provide Data which will be easy to use reporting.

Assist in triage and prioritization of requirements for Data.

Work directly with PIM architect in ensuring business process are outlined and schema is followed.

Ensuring data integrity and availability is zealously followed.

Understanding and outlining the process each product takes from genesis to sale.

Qualifications:

Education - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree

3 years of experience with PIM (CRM admin background will be considered)

Hands-on experience with approval processes, process builder, validation rules

Hands-on experience with data modeling and Information Architecture.

Strong Database Administration, SQL, PL/SQL is a must.

Works equally effectively as an individual as with team members, Self-starter

Analytical and skilled at problem solving.

Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment.

Demonstrate the ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

Experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL Oracle, SAP HANA)

Experience with Cloud services
