Product In-Charge - Affiliate Marketing

Qualification: BAMS

Location: Indusviva, Jeyamahal extension, Bangalore.

Reporting To: CEO

Key Responsibilities

Product & Affiliate Coordination

Act as the central point of contact for all product-related updates for affiliate marketing.

Ensure timely communication of product features, changes, availability and promotions to the affiliate network.

Support affiliate partners with product knowledge and clarification.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate closely with Digital Marketing, Logistics, Customer Support and Sales teams for smooth execution of product plans.

Work with Digital Marketing to develop product-related content, creatives and campaigns.

Ensure real-time stock updates and logistical support through the logistics team.

Market Insights & Product Strategy

Provide the R&D team with market and consumer inputs to support product improvements and innovation.

Coordinate in creating or updating product knowledge material, training decks, FAQs and product briefs.

Operational Management

Monitor product performance within the affiliate network.

Support in planning launches, events and product promotions.

Maintain documentation, reports and product data accuracy.

Reporting

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present product performance metrics to the CEO.

Highlight risks, gaps or opportunities for product enhancement.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Ayurveda / Wellness products (BAMS qualification preferred)

Multilingual with good communication and coordination skills

Ability to translate product knowledge into simple, effective affiliate communication

Digital marketing awareness and comfort working with creative teams

Analytical thinking and market observation skills

Proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset

Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
