Job Description

We are looking for a Visual Designer to create illustrations, icons, and visual content that make complex concepts accessible and engaging. You will develop a cohesive visual language that bridges traditional cultural imagery with modern digital experiences, ensuring our product feels both authentic and approachable.


You will work closely with our product and design teams to create visual assets across web and mobile platforms. Your illustrations will help users understand complex data, guide them through onboarding flows, and enhance their overall experience with personalized insights.

What You Will Do:

Create illustrations and icons that explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly Develop visual representations of data charts, symbols, and cultural elements Design onboarding illustrations that introduce users to features without overwhelming them Build a scalable icon system and illustration library for consistent visual communication Create empty states, loading animations, and micro-illustrations that enhance user experience Collaborate with product designers to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints Adapt traditional cultural imagery for modern digital interfaces Design marketing and educational visuals that communicate product value clearly

About You:

3+ years of experience in digital illustration and visual design Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex concepts through visuals Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Illustrator, or similar) Experience creating illustrations for mobile and web applications Understanding of how illustrations function within user interfaces and design systems Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining creative expression Experience designing for diverse cultural contexts and audiences

Preferred Experience:

Experience with animation or motion graphics Familiarity with design systems and component-based illustration workflows
