We're a growing D2C beauty and wellness brand looking for a hands-on
Product Growth & Marketing Manager
who can drive performance, content, and influencer-led growth across platforms. You'll work closely with the founder and creative teams to scale brand visibility, customer acquisition, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute
paid campaigns
on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube
Manage
Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn content calendars
Run
influencer marketing campaigns
(barter + paid) across beauty & lifestyle creators
Own
SEO, blog planning
, and on-site content improvements
Work with product/design teams for
landing pages, creatives, and retention flows
Analyze campaign performance via
Meta Ads Manager
,
GA4
, and reporting tools
Support
email/SMS campaigns
for product launches,
UGC
, and community content
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in
D2C marketing, beauty/wellness, or digital agencies
Proven experience with
Meta Ads, SEO, influencer collabs, content strategy
Experience managing
brand accounts on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
Understanding of
GTM, campaign planning, and content funnels
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo/MoEngage, Canva, or Webflow
A creative and proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
