Leads the entire product design and development strategy, setting the creative vision to ensure market leadership and brand consistency . Manages and mentors the design team, overseeing all projects from initial concept and research through to final production and market launch . Drives collaboration with senior leadership, production, and marketing to ensure product lines are innovative, feasible, and commercially successful . #

Key Responsibility Areas

Define and drive the creation of unique furniture/product collections aligned with the overall brand and business strategy . Oversee the creation and approve all 3D models and technical drawings, ensuring the highest standards for production . Lead high-level vendor negotiations, manage the design and production budget, and optimize procurement for cost and efficiency . Establish the material direction for all collections, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and quality . Direct the prototyping process to ensure design integrity and speed to market . Steer all research on market trends and competitor analysis to inform the strategic direction of the product portfolio . Ensure a seamless and strategic workflow between design, production, marketing, and sourcing teams to achieve business objectives . #
