About the internship
What will you be doing?
Meta-verse Cricket Stadium(MCS):
- Manage all operations and business activities at iB Cricket\'s permanent establishments (MCS).
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing an exceptional in-store experience.
- Assist in organizing and promoting special events or promotions within the store to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Implement security measures to protect store assets and prevent theft or damage.
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance and support to achieve store goals.
Event Execution:
- Ensure a seamless and engaging experience for event participants, maintaining high participation and engagement levels.
Flexibility:
- Be adaptable to take on redefined roles and responsibilities as needed to support the company\'s strategies and overall success.
What are we looking for?
- An individual with excellent communication skills in Hindi or Kannada or Telugu or Tamil.
- A reliable and trustworthy individual who can quickly build rapport.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanour throughout the event
- Handle physical demands of the job, including setting up equipment and standing for extended periods of time during the event/store.
- Experience in store management or customer service is an advantage.
Languages Known:
- Native speaker of Hindi or Kannada or Telugu or Tamil.
- Decent Proficiency in English is expected
Salary:
Up to INR 20,000/- per month
Working :
- Will be working on the store operations at one of the stores in different cities.
- Should be flexible to travel within a city based on the requirement
- 6-Day Week
- Weekend will be a working day. Week-off will be on weekdays.
- Please note that this role requires physical work.
