Gynecology, Orthopedics, and Physician
segments. The role requires market research, promotional material development, and coordination with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Brand Support
Assist in the execution of brand strategies and marketing plans.
Support in developing marketing campaigns for product promotion.
Coordinate with design teams to create promotional materials (visual aids, brochures, etc.).
Ensure timely distribution of marketing collaterals to the field team.
2. Sales Team Coordination & Training Support
Provide product knowledge support to the sales team.
Assist in organizing product training sessions and field visits.
Gather market feedback and competitor insights to refine product positioning.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Track market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
Collect and analyze sales data for performance evaluation.
Support in conducting
SWOT analysis
to enhance marketing strategies.
4. Digital & Traditional Marketing Assistance
Assist in executing
digital marketing campaigns
(social media, email marketing, webinars).
Work on
doctor engagement initiatives
using digital tools.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
5. KOL Engagement & Scientific Support
Assist in organizing CMEs, webinars, and doctor engagement programs.
Support the medical team in developing scientific content for promotional activities.
6. Budget & Performance Tracking
Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and campaign expenses.
Track sales performance and marketing ROI for assigned products.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc. / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent.
Experience:
1-3 years in pharmaceutical marketing/product management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong
communication and presentation
skills.
Basic understanding of
pharma marketing, regulations, and compliance
.
Ability to coordinate with
sales, medical, and creative teams
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
.
Exposure to
digital marketing & CRM tools
is an advantage.
