At Ticket9, our Product Executives play a key role in shaping how millions experience live events. As a fresher, you'll be part of a fast-growing startup, learning directly from founders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Research & Insights

Understand user behaviour, event organizer needs, and market trends Gather feedback from customers and compile actionable insights

2. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

Work with sales, support, and tech teams to define product requirements Create clear PRDs, feature briefs, and user stories

3. Coordination With Engineering & Design

Support developers by clarifying requirements

4. Feature Implementation Support

Assist in rolling out new features to organizers and hosts Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of new product functionalities

5. Data & Performance Tracking

Track feature adoption, user engagement, and product KPIs Share reports and insights with founders and the leadership team

6. Customer Interaction & Support

Interact with organizers, hosts, and partners to understand challenges Work with the UI/UX team for creating user flows and designs

Requirements and qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 year of experience Good Communication & Interpersonal skill Strong Research Skills Basic Computer Skill

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
