Product Executive
will be responsible for all aspects of delivering a successful product, including
Design, Sales, Marketing, and Distribution

Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Supplier Management
Identify and source hotel partners globally to expand accommodation offerings.
Collaborate with Product Delivery before each season launch to review operational instructions for Tour Directors and suppliers, ensuring smooth tour operations.
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging hotels, market trends, and new opportunities.
2. Contract Negotiation & Management
Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive inclusions, and service-level agreements with suppliers.
Oversee the full contracting process, from engagement to final agreement.
Ensure contracts align with the company's commercial and product strategies while meeting customer expectations.
3. Rate & Inventory Management
Review product performance (sales/competitor analysis) and recommend strategies to increase market share while maintaining margins.
Responsible for brochure development, pricing, and positioning.
Monitor market trends and adjust rates, availability, and terms to remain competitive.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Work cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to create compelling hotel-based packages and promotions.
Provide leadership and input on strategic initiatives related to hotel product offerings and sales strategies.
5. Contract Compliance & Quality Assurance
Partner with Operations and Product Delivery before each season launch to ensure operational readiness.
Ensure Product Coordinators load rates and contracts into the system before brochure release.
Manage budgets, planning, costing, and yield for all financial aspects of tours.
6. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to maintain a competitive advantage.
Use market intelligence to guide negotiations, product design, and sales strategy.
Track industry developments and adapt the company's portfolio accordingly.
Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or related field).
Experience
Strong background in the
Travel Industry
, particularly in product coordination and management.
Skills
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

In-depth understanding of the
travel industry, hotel pricing, distribution channels, and market dynamics
