This entity was set up in 2019 in Pune to start business for Medline products, as a start up, Business started with a small team & is now looking to add resources to drive business growth for coming years. JOB DESCRIPTION: Person is responsible for the sales growth and profitability of his/her division. He/she is the recognized expert for this product line and has a thorough understanding of marketing channels for the assigned category. He/she collaborates with various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, logistics, QA/RA and finance. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take ownership of assigned product range & support Marketing Department with the execution and implementation of strategic plans to drive growth and meet financial objectives. Support the Product Managers with the development and execution of product and clinical training programs. Support development and roll-out of appropriate marketing and sales tools needed to support India business activities including literature, patient collateral, advertising, trade show materials, customer education programs and workshops, etc. Build relationships with customers, end-users, distributors and other key partners necessary for the development and growth of the business. Identify, develop and launch new products that will drive sales and margin growth in India for assigned division. Liaise with the sales organization to communicate key drivers and objectives of portfolio, as well as provide product and pricing information. Assist Product Managers with Product lifecycle management to demonstrate SKU reduction and associated cost savings Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to support the introduction of new products to market, including planning and execution of launches and campaigns. Support Market Research & Competitive Analysis activity as required. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate / Postgraduate in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/Healthcare with Management Course in Marketing 5+ years relevant Experience in Healthcare Marketing in Indian market Exposure to Sales will be helpful. Strong analytical and computer skills (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, BI Tools). Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to be assertive, take initiative and get the job done.
