About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working upon brand building through brand plans
2. Participating in fieldwork to understand the market & evaluate developed strategies in the process
3. Developing & finalizing innovative brand campaigns/strategies/activities
4. Preparing proposal & plan for new product launches, market research survey of doctors & study (as per organization) before launching of new products
5. Formulating & implementing innovative strategies for launching new brands and increasing sales of the existing ones
6. Analyzing the market and competition in order to identify the opportunities, threats, and key issues
7. Designing of sales promotional inputs including visual aids, LBL, sales & sample packs
8. Conducting sales promotion meetings PAN India
9. Packing, stock management, stock in & out entries, handling of multiple e-commerce websites for orders, and dispatching of products
