About the Role

We are looking for a Product Executive who can drive artist engagement, enhance user experience, and contribute to the development of new features. The ideal candidate should have a problem-solving mindset, a basic understanding of digital products, and an interest in making online experiences more engaging for artists.

Key Responsibilities

Product Support & Execution

Assist in executing the product roadmap and day-to-day product activities. Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Track product development milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Market & User Research

Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights. Support user research activities, surveys, and feedback analysis. Identify improvement areas based on user behavior and data.
Documentation & Communication

Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature notes. Maintain product documentation and internal trackers. Communicate product updates to internal stakeholders.
Product Performance Tracking

Monitor product KPIs such as usage, adoption, retention, and feedback. Prepare basic reports and presentations for product reviews. Support data-driven decision-making.
Launch & Post-Launch Support

Assist in product launches and feature rollouts. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product communication. Track post-launch issues and support resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 year of experience in product management, digital platforms, or a similar role. Effective communication skills and a keen interest in the music industry and digital products. Proficiency in using product and analytical tools such as Figma and Google Analytics.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field; candidates from any discipline may be considered.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
