Job description: PRODUCT EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Ayurvedic
pharmaceutical segment.
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for Ayurvedic products.
Support in new product development, including concept ideation, formulation coordination, packaging
design, and regulatory documentation.
Prepare product training material and conduct product knowledge sessions for sales and field staff.
Monitor product performance (sales, growth, and profitability) and suggest corrective measures.
Coordinate with medical representatives and field staff to ensure effective product promotion.
Develop and manage promotional inputs (literature, visual aids, samples, etc.) in alignment with brand
strategy.
Liaise with production, R&D, and quality departments for timely product availability.
Ensure compliance with AYUSH and other regulatory guidelines in product-related activities.
Prepare periodic reports on product performance and marketing activities for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or MBA in
Pharma/Marketing.
1-3 years of experience in product management/marketing in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic
industry.
Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: ₹10,289.33 - ₹33,302.64 per month
