Job Description

We're Hiring: Product Executive (Travel Industry)


Are you passionate about designing unique travel experiences? Join our team to curate domestic & international packages, manage vendor relationships, and craft cost-effective itineraries. If you have an eye for detail and love turning ideas into journeys, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:-



1. Product Development & Curation



Design and develop travel packages for domestic and international destinations.
Curate unique experiences based on customer interests, seasonality, and market trends.
Create cost-effective itineraries without compromising on quality.

2. Vendor & DMC Coordination



Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and DMCs.
Negotiate the best rates and inclusions to maximize margins.
Ensure vendor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are followed consistently.

3. Package Pricing & Costing



Perform cost analysis and pricing for all travel products.
Maintain competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability.
Update costing sheets regularly to reflect changes in FX rates, taxes, and supplier rates.

4. Product Documentation & Collateral



Prepare accurate and attractive package details including itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and T&Cs.
Share brochures, flyers, and digital assets with sales and marketing teams.
Ensure all content is clear, error-free, and updated regularly.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis



Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, new destinations, and customer preferences.
Recommend changes or additions to the product line based on research.

6. Internal Team Training & Support



Conduct regular training sessions for sales and customer support teams on new packages.
Provide detailed product notes and selling tips for each destination.
Act as a subject matter expert for travel consultants.

7. Quality Control & Product Experience



Audit and review trips post-travel through feedback and partner reports.
Suggest improvements in services, logistics, or experiences based on customer input.
Ensure each package delivers what was promised in terms of experience and inclusions.

8. Inventory & Availability Management



Coordinate with hotels, activity providers, and other vendors to ensure availability during peak seasons.
Block inventories for group departures or special events.
Manage booking windows and cut-off dates effectively.

9. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales



Provide marketing team with content for promotions, social media, and ads.
Help craft promotional strategies for new or high-margin products.
Suggest packages suitable for specific campaigns or seasons.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
