Salary : hike based on his current salary.
Salary range 20K to 35K / month + incentives
Experience in Derma or Cardio diabetic or General
JD : overseeing the entire lifecycle of a drug or therapy, from development to market launch and beyond. This involves leading cross-functional teams, developing product strategies, managing timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and adapting to market needs.
B.Pharm + MBA freshers can be also be tried if they are good. ( 20K starting salary )
