Key Responsibilities:

Designing new products and/or supporting Installed Base of mechanical components & subsystems using Mechanical Engineering principles. Experience in the development of medical devices related to patient monitoring systems. Execute design to engineering standards and SOP of company medical devices. Work as a part of a team including cross-functional team members & suppliers to deliver technical solutions and develop the components. Leading development of new processes in the areas of Plastics. Engaging in all phases of new product development, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support. Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in the modality product line. Defining and executing component design verification. Developing innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability. Maintain and develop the competence required for the job. Experience with 3D CAD software, such as Creo. Knowledge of materials science. Conduct DFMEA, DFM/DFA reviews and coordinate with Quality and regulatory teams. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing teams for feasibility. prototyping, and product readiness. Plan and execute design verification, testing and validation of design assumptions.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience Range - 3 to 5 Years. * BE Mechanical or BTech Mechanical or Associated Branches.
