Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Product Engineer

to lead the design and development of

solar-powered reefer containers, cold storage units, and portable dry containers

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mechanical design, thermal insulation, refrigeration systems, and solar energy integration. This role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management including concept design, prototyping, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

solar-integrated reefer containers

,

cold storage units

, and

dry portable containers

for industrial and logistics applications. Engineer effective

thermal insulation

,

cooling systems

, and

solar power integration

to ensure energy-efficient temperature control. Evaluate and select appropriate

refrigeration technologies

(e.g., DC compressors, battery backup, hybrid systems). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize container

structure, airflow design, solar PV capacity

, and

refrigeration efficiency

. Conduct

load calculations, energy audits, and temperature mapping

for varying ambient conditions and cargo types. Develop

prototypes

and lead product testing under real-world logistics and environmental conditions. Prepare detailed

CAD designs, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)

. Ensure compliance with

ISO standards, energy codes, food safety, and transportation regulations

. Support

manufacturing processes

, vendor evaluation, and quality assurance. Troubleshoot technical issues and incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Renewable Energy

, or related fields. 4-8 years of experience in

container design

,

cold chain products

, or

solar-powered systems

. Proven experience in

refrigerated container design

or

HVAC systems

. Strong working knowledge of

solar PV systems

,

battery storage

, and

cooling system integration

. Proficiency in

CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

and simulation tools for thermal and structural analysis. Familiarity with

supply chain, food-grade transport, and container manufacturing

processes.
