Job Description

Role Objective:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Product Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing the development, improvement, of products. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Procurement and Sales) to ensure that products meet Company requirements, industry standards, and company objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Support and oversee manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and timely output. Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing of new products. Prepare and standardize product specifications, drawings, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation. Support the setup of production lines, jigs, fixtures, and testing equipment. Collaborate with suppliers/vendors for material development and ensure quality compliance Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide technical solutions to production teams. Work closely with the QC team to define testing parameters and ensure product quality. Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on testing and customer feedback. Ensure cost optimization, efficiency, and timely delivery of products. Provide technical guidance and support to purchase, production, and sales teams. Continuously research and suggest improvements for product innovation and efficiency. Analyze customer feedback and field performance to implement product enhancements.

Requirements & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical Instrumentation, Production or Industrial Engineering. 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing/product development, preferably in printing/consumables/electronic components industry. Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as assembly lines injection molding, machining, and testing setups & Automation in production Process Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
