Job Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Proficient in Design & Development of Complete Seating Systems (Seats). Good understanding of regulatory requirements of North America (FMVSS),

Europe (ECE), and other regions.

Developing & maintaining of DFMEA, Engineering open issues list. Good knowledge of seat comfort / craftsmanship requirements and Good knowledge of seat trim cover design and development. Preparing DVP and understanding of various OEM specific requirements. Proficiency in the design of Sheet metal Components, foam pads, plastics and

mechanisms integration.

Product feasibility study & development of new parts in co-ordination with

plant team & Supplier

BOM creation, 2d drawings, manufacturing drawings RFQ and costing of new projects. Knowledge of PDM & PLM Mentoring of the junior engineers in the team and conducting performance

appraisals.



Qualification & Experience:

BE Mechanical/Automobile


8-12 Year experience
