Your role within the team Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of products, registrations and their successful launch into existing and emerging markets across India and the Middle East. This involves developing and adapting products to comply with local market regulations and preparing supporting documentation for registration, launch and post-market activity. Lead the product development stream, enabling the Core Swisse range to be launched into India and Middle East markets. Work closely with cross-functional local/global teams and is relied upon for their technical knowledge, problem-solving, succinct and clear communication, as well as building effective relationships with local and international manufacturers and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: Collaborate with external partners to obtain and prepare key documents for product registration. Reviewer and sense check on documents, labels and requests. Identify, report and present on project status to wider team, working with key stakeholders to resolve challenges and establish priorities. Collaborate and harmonize with other markets to register existing products to sub-continent and Middle East markets. Lead exciting development of new innovative products launching in new markets for the first time for the business. Desired Skills and Experience To make sure we are setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: Bachelor Degree in Health, Life and/or Applied Sciences. Minimum 4 years\' regulatory affairs experience in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food supplement or manufacturing industry. Understanding of FSSAI nutraceutical regulatory environment (required) and other global markets (Middle East - preferable). Exposure to regulatory and/or quality environment and familiar with processes such as change control. Project management experience of new development and product launches Strong reporting skills of project status, timings and risk assessment. Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders. Flexible, proactive and high attention to details. Good computer skills (Microsoft word & Excel). Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent in spoken and written communication skills in English. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
