Ravi Organics Limited is looking for an experienced
Product Development Manager
to lead new product initiatives, packaging development, and other product-related functions within the agrochemical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of new products for the agri-input and agrochemical segment
Oversee product packaging design, branding, and related activities
Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams for product launch readiness
Conduct market analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities
Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation for all new products
Required Qualifications & Experience:
MBA (Marketing)
10-15 years of experience in product development, preferably in agrochemicals/agri-inputs
Strong understanding of product formulation, packaging, and market needs
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
