Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager - Jewellery to manage the end-to-end development of new jewellery collections. The role involves working closely with design, CAD, sourcing, production, and marketing teams to deliver jewellery products that meet market trends and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete product development process from concept to final production Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products Collaborate with design and CAD teams to create commercially viable designs Source gemstones, metals, and other raw materials while maintaining quality and cost control Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met Prepare and manage product specifications, costing, and Bill of Materials (BOM) Conduct sample reviews, testing, and final approvals Support marketing and sales teams with product information and documentation Review and improve existing products based on feedback and performance Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Jewellery Design, Product Development, or a related field 4-8 years of experience in jewellery product development Knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, metals, and jewellery manufacturing techniques Experience with CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, Illustrator) is a plus Understanding of market trends and product costing Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Experience:

Experience in fine jewellery, lab-grown diamond, gold, or silver jewellery Exposure to international markets is a plus

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
