We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled candidates for our Product Development team focusing on advanced Lithium battery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and improve lithium-ion / LFP battery products. Work on battery pack designing, performance optimization, and durability enhancement. Conduct cell testing, cycle life analysis, and safety evaluations. Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product refinement. Troubleshoot battery performance and technical issues. Maintain technical documentation, product specifications, and test reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality protocols.

Requirements

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Engineering. Experience in lithium battery technology preferred. Knowledge of battery chemistry, BMS, and testing equipment. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
