conceptual creativity, CAD/CAM development, and practical production knowledge.

design vision and manufacturing feasibility.

We are looking for an experienced and creative
Product Developer
(Female) to join our Product Development Department. The candidate will be responsible for generating new concepts, coordinating between design and production teams, reviewing CAD/CAM outputs, and ensuring that every product aligns with brand vision and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop
new jewellery concepts
across various categories based on market demand and design trends.
Guide designers to
create fresh and differentiated CAM designs.
Coordinate with
karigars
and explain the design intent clearly ("vision to creation").
Review
CAD and CAM
outputs with the PDD Head and ensure every piece stands out in design and finish.
Participate in
weekly design meetings (Wednesday)
and
CAM review meetings (Tuesday).
Ensure
training and growth
of each designer in the PDD team -- every member should lead at least one design line.
Track
inward and outward movement
of design files, maintain updated design registers, and monitor TAT for Sketch ? CAD ? CAM stages.
Support
marketing collaboration
by sharing design insights, customer preferences, and product concepts.
Maintain all
PDD documents and dashboards
, including:
Weekly Dashboard (Designs created, approved, delayed)
Design Register (Code, Category, Status)
TAT Tracker (Sketch/CAD/CAM)
Quality Issue Log & Prevention Plan
Identify and maintain a
bank of evergreen designs
for future collections.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in jewellery product development or design coordination.
Strong understanding of
concept development, CAD/CAM workflow, and production feasibility.
Good communication and coordination skills with design, CAM, and manufacturing teams.
Knowledge of
market trends, design aesthetics, and customer preferences
in fine diamond jewellery.
Proficiency in
Excel / Google Sheets
for design tracking and reporting.
Creative mindset, organized, and detail-oriented approach.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
