Position

ENGINEER - NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

CAD EXPERIENCE

CREO / PRO-E, AUTOCAD (Part Modelling, Assemblies, Drawing)

Location Chennai

Main Responsibilities

Product Costing breakdown Considering Man, Machine, Material & Processes, for new projects.

To co-ordinate with Vendor, Factory & Manager PD for timely delivery of New Products

Develop 3D CAD models, Assemblies & Drawing using CREO, AUTO CAD

3D Print assembly, review, feedback and improve

To travel on Short notice to Factories, Vendor Site for approval and to follow-up

Secondary Responsibility

To align and deliver products meeting Input Sheet requirements.

Follow for New Product Implementation processes.

Preliminary Product Cost estimation

To Maintain New Project Development Activities and meet time lines.

Prepare CAD Models, Drawing and Prototypes

Liaise with factory, Vendors for preparing product for testing and Compliance.

Prepare BOM and Cost Sheets

Prepare samples for display and for Trade Fairs and Safe-up keep of Customer Samples.

Systematically document all product development activities for Project Transfer.

Maintain and update traceable documented data and present when required.

Team Building specific to products & Customers & train new personal for handover

Provide Status on Product Development activities for Co-ordination meeting

Achieving Annual Sale value as per Management Set goals

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
