Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Previous experience in product development. Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control protocols. Experience with 3D modeling software and report writing programs. Excellent math, creativity, and problem-solving skills

Responsibility

Performing market research to understand market requirements & determine the needs and goals of new products. Conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software & Team to design prototypes. Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief. Testing products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems. Determine the budgeted product cost by analyzing the desired materials and operational processes. Analyze root causes for all fabrication issues and resolve same and implement new process tools according to required order. Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes. Developing quality control criteria and safety guidelines and ensuring that all team members adhere to them.
