About the Role:

We are seeking a

Product Development Associate

for our Football Department. The role involves supporting production and product development activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely development of quality football products as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support production activities related to football manufacturing Man management and shop-floor coordination Product design and development Develop and coordinate samples for buyers Ensure deadlines are met under strict timelines Support merchandising and product development initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree Minimum 2 years of experience in production Experience in football manufacturing, PU, PVC, and stitching is a plus Creative mindset with experience in design is preferred Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in product development or merchandising will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
