Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create new and unique jewellery designs based on trends and customer needs. Make sketches or 2D/3D designs using software like

CorelDRAW, Rhino, or Matrix

. Work with the product development team to turn designs into final jewellery pieces. Choose the right materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones, etc.) for each design. Ensure designs are wearable, practical, and cost-effective. Handle the full process from concept to final product (sampling, corrections, approvals). Keep up with the latest jewellery trends and competitor products. Coordinate with CAD designers, artisans, and production teams. Review product samples and suggest improvements if needed. Make sure the final product matches the design and quality standards. Create design presentations and reports for teams or clients. Help in making seasonal collections and new product launches. Understand and manage

customer order processes

and ensure smooth execution. Follow up with

vendors

for timely production and delivery. Provide

product knowledge training

to the sales team when required.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Good knowledge of

Gold, Diamond, and Silver jewellery

. Experience in

jewellery designing software

(CorelDRAW, Rhino, Matrix, etc.). Understanding of

customer order handling

and

vendor coordination

. Ability to explain jewellery products and features to the sales team. Creative thinking with attention to detail and trend awareness. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
