Position Overview:

We're seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our innovative team working on an AI-first supply chain platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and efficient user experiences across both our platform and application layers.

Responsibilities

:

Platform Layer:

+ Design a user-friendly console interface for data engineers, ML engineers, and supply chain modelers
+ Create intuitive workflows for complex data manipulation and model creation tasks
+ Develop clear information architecture for organizing and accessing various platform tools

Application Layer

:

+ Design visually appealing and informative data visualizations
+ Create user-friendly interfaces for interacting with charts, maps, and data tables
+ Ensure consistency and coherence across different output formats

General

:

+ Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
+ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
+ Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists
+ Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process
+ Stay updated on UX/UI trends, especially in data visualization and AI interfaces

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI/UX projects Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Experience with data visualization design Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data-driven applications Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly designs

Preferred Qualifications

:

Experience in supply chain management or related fields Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts
