Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and innovative

Product Designer

to join our Hardgoods and Handicraft manufacturing unit at Site-4, Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for designing market-driven, aesthetically appealing, and commercially viable products while maintaining traditional craftsmanship and modern design trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop hardgoods and handicraft products such as home decor, gift items, utility products, and lifestyle accessories Research market trends, buyer preferences, and international design concepts Create product concepts, sketches, mood boards, and prototypes Develop CAD drawings, technical specifications, and product measurements Coordinate with artisans, sampling, and production teams Ensure design feasibility, quality standards, and cost control Work on material selection such as wood, metal, ceramic, glass, resin, and mixed media Modify designs based on buyer feedback and production requirements Assist merchandising and sales teams with product presentations and catalogs Maintain design libraries, samples, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Product Design / Industrial Design / Fashion / Fine Arts or related field Strong knowledge of hardgoods materials and handicraft production techniques Proficiency in

AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software (preferred)

Good understanding of costing, measurements, and quality parameters Creativity with strong attention to detail and trend awareness Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience in export-oriented handicraft or home decor industry Knowledge of sustainable, eco-friendly, and handmade products Exposure to international buyer standards and compliance
