Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our furniture design team. The ideal candidate will design innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling furniture products that align with our brand identity, market positioning, and manufacturing capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sourcing, marketing, and production teams to bring concepts from ideation to final production. Key Responsibilities Design furniture products from concept through production, including seating, tables, storage, or upholstered pieces Conduct market, trend, and material research to inform design decisions Develop sketches, mood boards, 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and scalable Select materials, finishes, colors, and hardware in alignment with brand standards Prepare detailed specifications, BOMs, and production-ready drawings Review prototypes and samples, make revisions, and oversee product refinement Work with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve design and production challenges Support marketing and sales teams with product stories, visuals, and launch materials Ensure products meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards

Pay: ₹346,927.65 - ₹600,000.00 per year
