The Role
As our Product Designer, you will be the creative engine behind our seasonal collections and bespoke corporate gifting lines. You'll bridge the gap between artistic vision and manufacturing reality, ensuring every piece--from minimalist coasters to intricate desk organizers--is "gift-ready" and iconic.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development:
Sketch and prototype original designs for marble-based home decor, office accessories, and lifestyle gifts.
Material Innovation:
Explore ways to pair marble with complementary materials like brass, wood, resin.
Technical Drawing:
Create precise 2D/3D models and technical specifications for our production team and artisans.
Market Research:
Stay ahead of interior design trends and gifting psychology to ensure our products remain "Instagrammable" and high-demand.
Quality Oversight:
Work closely with the manufacturing unit to ensure the final product matches the design intent and meets our luxury quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
0 to 1 years in Product Design, Industrial Design (experience with stone or luxury goods is a huge plus).
Software Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, or AutoCAD) and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
The "Gifting" Eye: An ability to design with the "unboxing experience" in mind.
