Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Designer & PPC professional with proven expertise in

furniture design, woodworking skills, and fittings. The role involves creating innovative

furniture products, managing production planning and control, and ensuring excellence in fitting

applications. The ideal candidate should have a formal education in woodworking skills and

practical experience in production, design, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Product Designing & Development

? Design and develop functional, ergonomic, and aesthetic furniture products.

? Conduct R&D in woodworking, fittings, and modern joinery techniques.

? Prepare technical drawings, prototypes, and production-ready models.

? Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, durability, and user experience.

Production Planning & Control (PPC)

? Plan and monitor production schedules to ensure timely project completion.

? Allocate tasks across teams and track progress to maintain workflow efficiency.

? Manage material requirements, fittings inventory, and resource planning.

? Implement quality standards in woodworking and fitting processes.

Furniture Fittings & Execution

? Apply expertise in fittings (hinges, slides, locks, handles, and hardware).

? Supervise fitting work during production and installation.

? Coordinate with vendors for sourcing, pricing, and quality approval of fittings.

? Provide technical solutions for fitting-related challenges.

Client & Vendor Coordination

? Handle client discussions, approvals, and customization requests.

? Collaborate with vendors to ensure availability of fittings and raw materials.

? Act as a link between design, production, and installation teams.

Qualifications

? Education: Bachelor of Vocation (B.Voc) in Woodworking Skills / Woodworking

Engineering / Furniture Design or equivalent.

? Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Pytha, WoodWOP, CNC operations, and 3D

printing.

? Strong knowledge of woodworking processes, joinery systems, and fittings.

? Experience in production planning, vendor coordination, and project execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
