Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled

Product Designer

to lead the design and user experience of our digital products. The role involves understanding user needs, translating business requirements into intuitive interfaces, and creating impactful design solutions that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall product value. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of UX and UI expertise, problem-solving skills, and a user-centric mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile software products, from concept to final delivery. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to drive design decisions. Create wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with product requirements. Knowledge of

accessibility standards (WCAG)

and inclusive design principles. Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation for digital products. Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards for scalable technology products. Translate technical requirements into user-friendly interfaces that enhance performance and usability. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate design handoff and consistency across releases. Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Communicate design rationale and present concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approvals.

Skills:

Hands-on experience with leading design and prototyping platforms such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Miro, and Zeplin

for seamless collaboration and handoff. Understanding of user behavior analytics, with working knowledge of tools like

Hotjar, FullStory, and Google Analytics

to derive actionable insights. Ability to apply data-driven thinking using analytics, usability findings, and

A/B testing

outcomes to imrove UX. Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with diverse audiences and translate their needs into meaningful product solutions. Exceptional problem-solving capability paired with clear storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and convey concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹63,000.00 per month
