Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, have a good understanding of International & Domestic destinations, and possess the ability to craft Customize Travel Itinerary for guest as per their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel goals
• Research destinations, attractions, accommodations, transportation, and local experiences
• Develop vendors, tour operators and partners for best rates for their services
• Coordinate with vendors, tour operators and travel partners for bookings and logistics
• Ensure itineraries are logistically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations
• Communicate itinerary details clearly to clients, offering guidance and recommendations
• Update and maintain itinerary templates and travel packages regularly
• Stay up to date with travel trends, visa regulations, and safety advisories
• Handle post-booking support and assist with amendments or cancellations when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in travel planning, itinerary design, or tourism operations
• Strong knowledge of International and Domestic destinations and travel logistics
• Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple itineraries and meet tight deadlines
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Writing and Speaking Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, English; additional languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Prior experience in a travel agency, DMC, or tour operator
• Knowledge of niche travel segments like luxury, adventure, cultural, eco-tourism, etc.
