What this role is about:

Own end-to-end design for mobile apps - clear flows, beautiful UI, and crisp handoffs that let us ship fast.

What you will own:

? Map user journeys and design flows that are simple and intuitive. ? Create wireframes ? high-fidelity UI ? prototypes in Figma. ? Design onboarding and paywalls that feel premium and convert ethically. ? Build and maintain a lightweight design system (components, variants, tokens). ? Deliver dev-ready handoffs: spacing, typography, states, error/empty screens. ? Iterate quickly based on feedback and product learning.

What you bring

Must-haves

? Bachelor's in

Design/Visual Communication

(preferred) or equivalent portfolio. ? 2-6 years product UI/UX experience or exceptional shipped-work portfolio. ? Strong mobile UI craft: hierarchy, typography, spacing, accessibility basics. ? Strong Figma skills (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping). ? Speed + clarity: you can simplify and decide quickly.

Nice-to-haves

? Subscription/paywall optimization experience. ? Experience designing AI workflows (input ? output ? edit/export). ? Motion/interaction design sensibility.
