Work Dimensions:
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to deliver a world-class experience to our users.
Working cross-functionally across the organization
Monitoring user success and iterating on existing features and products
Work Context:
Ability to work in the fast-paced work environment
Process Improvement: Continuously develop systems and processes.
Evaluate current processes, identify best practices, develop plans to reach goals, and implement improvements
Give feedback on product strategy and design work to continually push the level of quality on the team
Role requirements:
Preferred design degree from a reputable design institute
Excellent communication skills and a history of teamwork and collaboration
2-3 years of experience with end-to-end product design
A strong portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and visual design
Expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
* Familiarity with back-end and front-end development terminology is a plus
