Responsibilities:

Design System Maintenance:

Ensure our design system is up-to-date and efficiently maintained to support consistency across our products and platforms.

User Experience Enhancement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience of our products through intuitive and seamless design solutions.

Innovative Design Methodologies:

Continuously explore and implement innovative user-centric design methods to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Project Management:

Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned with business objectives.

Thorough Research:

Conduct comprehensive research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to inform design decisions.

Creative Innovation:

Bring creative and innovative ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of design to deliver impactful solutions that drive business success.

Business-Minded Design:

Apply a business-focused approach to design, aligning solutions with organizational goals and driving measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.( Figma prefers) Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of conducting thorough research and implementing innovative design solutions. Business acumen and understanding of how design impacts key metrics and business objectives.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
