About Role

Design is at the core of everything we do. We are building more than just a product; we are

crafting an experience that truly connects with millions of active users and solves real-world

problems. We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about thoughtful design,

balances aesthetics with usability, and has proven experience delivering successful

consumer apps in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

Responsibilities

? Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse insights to inform design

decisions

? Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for

new and existing features

? Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity screens in Figma

? Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive, visually

appealing design solutions

? Apply UX frameworks such as Empathy Maps, Personas, Journey Maps, Task Flows,

and Information Architecture

? Contribute to and evolve the design system to maintain consistency and scalability

? Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and

cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle

? Present design concepts, rationale, and research findings clearly and confidently to

stakeholders

? Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and data analysis

? Identify and resolve UX issues through evaluation and insights

? Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating design implementation

? Stay updated on design trends, platform guidelines, and UX best practices

Key Skills And Qualifications

? A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.

? 2-3 years of experience designing for fast-paced consumer products.

? A solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, deep craft, and

measurable outcomes

? Good experience in user-centred design including user research, usability testing,

wireframing, and prototyping, with an added advantage of familiarity with the Mobility

& Transit domain.

? Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop

? Deep knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and

scalable design systems

? Excellent visual design skills, with a clear sense of hierarchy, layout, and typography

? A proactive, curious, and self-driven mindset with a constant drive to improve both

product and process

? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
