Role Overview

We seek a creative and versatile Product Designer with 1-2+ years of experience to design compelling physical products and brand experiences. This role involves designing vodka packaging, lingerie collections, and branded lifestyle accessories that are innovative, functional, and emotionally resonant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of physical product ranges, including vodka bottles, packaging, lingerie collections, and branded merchandise, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.

Translate creative concepts into detailed prototypes, technical drawings, and manufacturing-ready documents.

Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to ensure uniform design language across all touchpoints.

Research and apply contemporary design trends, materials, and sustainable methods relevant to fashion and spirits.

Source vendors and manufacturers, managing production feasibility, timelines, and quality control.

Contribute ideas for experiential brand events and activations that highlight product design.

Support the creation of marketing collateral and product presentations with design input.

Requirements

1-2+ years of product design experience, ideally in lifestyle, fashion/apparel, consumer goods, or beverage packaging.

Portfolio showcasing creative product design solutions balancing aesthetics and functionality.

Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SolidWorks, CAD.

Knowledge of textile/fashion design for lingerie and/or packaging materials for spirits products.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Passionate about lifestyle brands, aesthetics, and innovative product experiences.

Preferred

Experience in luxury fashion or premium beverage brands.

Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials sourcing.

Experience supporting brand campaigns or experiential marketing with design expertise.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
