About the Role

We are looking for a versatile Product Designer to lead design across our web and mobile products.

Responsibilities:

Product & UI/UX Design

- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for both mobile and web applications using Figma.

- Build and maintain component libraries and design systems.

- Convert complex workflows into simple, user-friendly experiences.

- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship polished features.

- Identify UX issues, suggest improvements, and run quick usability validations.

Visual & Graphic Design

- Support marketing with infographics, banners, and other collateral.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.

- Participate in product discussions, shaping user journeys and experience strategies.

- Maintain clear and updated design documentation.

Requirements

- 3 - 6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

- Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping, design systems).

- Comfortable using Canva for quick marketing and social media design tasks.

- Ability to design for both mobile and desktop environments.

- Strong grasp of usability, interaction patterns, and modern design aesthetics.

- Ability to take vague requirements and convert them into clear design directions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to quickly pick new design softwares.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
