Role Overview

As a

Product Designer

, you will contribute to building intuitive, engaging experiences within Capillary's platform suite Loyalty+, CDP+, Engage+, Insights+, and Rewards+. You'll work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to craft experiences that delight enterprise users while embodying our AI-first ethos.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in designing wireframes, user flows, and polished UI mockups for AI-powered loyalty features. Support usability testing and gather feedback from real-world enterprise users. Preserve design system standards and brand consistency across Capillary's product modules. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align design with user needs and technical constraints. Stay curious, learn and apply emerging trends in AI, loyalty, and UX.

What You Bring

1-3 years of Product or UX/UI design experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise tools. Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail showcased in your portfolio. Deep expertise in Figma (or equivalent), prototyping. Understanding of user-centered design principles. Eagerness to learn, iterate, and contribute to the global loyalty-tech stage.

Job Requirement

Core Design Skills

Strong foundation in

UI/UX design principles

and

user-centered thinking

. Ability to create

wireframes, user flows, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes

. Proficiency in

Figma

(preferred), or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or FigJam. Basic understanding of

design systems

and how to maintain visual consistency.

Research & Collaboration

Ability to conduct quick

user interviews or usability tests

under guidance. Comfortable collaborating with

product managers, engineers, and QA

teams. * Strong

communication skills

for articulating design ideas and feedback.
