Important Note

We will begin this role with a

2-3 month paid internship

(handsomely compensated per month). Based on performance during this period, the role will be converted into a

full-time Product Designer position

.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about creating user-centric and visually compelling experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and shipping impactful products that align with our goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation through design thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Design and ship high-quality projects in line with product timelines and objectives. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to execute designs effectively. Conduct user research and apply design thinking principles to create user-centered solutions. Maintain high design standards by incorporating feedback and conducting regular design reviews. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Experience:

1+ year of hands-on product design experience in a B2C technology ecosystem.

Skills:

Proficiency in design thinking, user research, prototyping, and visual design.

Tools:

Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.

AI:

Proven familiarity with AI tools to produce quality work and accelerate the design process.

Work Environment:

Ability to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.

Collaboration:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.

Non-Negotiables

A portfolio showcasing ownership of design projects and case studies. Prior experience in designing for B2C products. Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
