About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our user-facing interfaces. You'll be our second designer, working closely with the product manager and engineering team to own the design function. Together, you'll evolve our design system and help scale the product with consistency and care. You'll work across mobile and web products -- including client apps, admin dashboards, and public web pages -- ensuring that every touchpoint delivers intuitive and meaningful experiences and design thoughtful, scalable, and elegant solutions that meet real user needs.
What You'll Do:
Design end-to-end experiences for web, mobile app, and internal admin tools
Collaborate with product manager to understand user problems, business needs, and technical constraints
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate your design decisions
Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
Maintain and evolve a shared design system
Ensure accessibility, scalability, and responsiveness across all platforms
Iterate based on feedback, performance data, and changing product requirements
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced or healthtech environment
A strong portfolio that demonstrates deep thinking, user-friendly interfaces, and complex problem-solving
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC.
Familiarity or interest in using AI-powered design tools (e.g., for wireframing, research analysis, or automation will be an advantage
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
Experience working on complex systems, dashboards, or B2B tools is a big plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills -- comfortable working with cross-functional teams (we're a globally distributed team, so strong self-management and async communication are essential)
