Role Summary:

To craft an intuitive, world-class user experience for the business community, we are seeking an exceptional product designer. In this role, you will assume responsibility for the design process, problem-solving abilities, visual comprehension, and your thought process in approaching problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Make appropriate design decisions based on data and user behavior by conducting user research Understand the user's personas and needs Based on feedback, adjust the approach to designs Improve the lives of businessmen by creating new directions for Vyapar Providing mentorship and inspiration to a team of designers Resolve blockers, prioritize, and decompose complex projects to improve team performance

Desired Skills and Requirements

In-depth knowledge of Figma Expert in designing systems Understanding of what works and what clutters A deep focus on simplifying usability and empathizing with the end-user

Experience:

1 to 4 years of experience in Product Design role.

Education:

* Graduation or equivalent degree.
