Job Title: Product Designer Location: Hyderabad Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our UX department. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance the user experience of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives. Roles And Responsibilities Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, and technical constraints. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring continuous improvement. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specifications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and apply them to our products. Collaborate with other designers to maintain a consistent and cohesive design language across our product portfolio. Qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience in a product design role within a UX department. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user-centered design processes, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor\'s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.
