Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, gather insights, and identify design opportunities.
Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
Create visually appealing, functional design concepts for digital/physical products.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and documentation.
Test prototypes and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all product touchpoints.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, UI/UX, or related fields.
Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, UI/UX skills, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
Understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and usability.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready assets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
Experience with frontend basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Motion graphics or 3D design knowledge is an advantage.
Experience working in agile product environments.
