Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and consistency
Iterate quickly on feedback and data to continuously improve designs
Maintain and contribute to the design system and style guides
Requirements
:
2-5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills
Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
